I slept very good last night, fresh for the day. Another breakfast at Tasty cafe. Curd with fruits and honey and a nice hot black coffee. Govinda was not here this morning. Moksha came in, the Dutch guy who is wearing only an orange Lungi. He was wondering about Govinda’s absence, the first time he said. I am usually entering the Sri Jnana Ganga Mandiram at 09:00, bet time to still get a chair, otherwise people are sitting on the floor. Satsang starts at 09:30.

People from different places, paths, Gurus and satsangs all come together in this one place. In Amma’s vision there is no differentiation. All are seen as one. Everyone who comes to this satsang has been directed here by grace alone. Freedom is the foundation of the satsang.

Amma does not consider herself to be a Guru, nor anyone else to be her devotee or disciple. Amma sees everyone as devotees and disciples of Arunachala and Sri Ramana, and knows only the one supreme Master, the Supreme Self that pervades everyone and everything.

Jonatan told me yesterday that I cannot use the ferry when coming back from Sri Lanka later. I have an e-Visa and to enter India again only airports will accept this Visa. Anyway I have to see where I am in India end of January before going to Sri Lanka.

In the afternoon I was in the Sriramanasramam for a while, then in a shop nearby, a Kashmiri shop. People from Kashmir are selling their items all over india, mainly statues, jewellery and clothes. I was looking for white long trousers and found a nice one from linen.

I managed to get the WiFi run on the Linux/Debian distribution on my new laptop. Sometimes the hardware is newer than the last stable linux kernel. But I will not bore you here with details about this.

In the evening I was driving to Saatvik Restaurant in town, where I have been before. Absolutely delicious Masala Dosa and Mango Lassi for 200 rupees (€2.30).
