Death
Desire for living is the cause of fear of death.
Another sunny day in Goa. Having a morning Meditation, some breakfast, working a bit on a piece of software. Later I left for Candolim Beach.
Slowly, Sri Lanka comes to my mind as a destination. A friend recently mentioned she had been to Talalla Beach in the south of Sri Lanka years ago. This would be one option. Another option is Kandy in central Sri Lanka, where there are mountains. Maybe I can visit both places. Anyway, I have to investigate a bit in the next few days. Also, I will have to apply for my Online Visa to Sri Lanka.
Arriving at Candolim Beach, I left my bag on one deckchair and went to a table. There, I saw Kerry, Felix, and Rohid. Felix and Rohid were already on their way to leave. I was eating some Jeera rice and Navratan Korma. I spent some hours relaxing in my deckchair and bathed in the ocean.
Back home I started cooking, some rice and dal (lentils). I chose the red lentils for tonight. It is easy to prepare, with just some oil in the pan, frying some onions with chili, jeera, kurkuma, and ginger. Then boil it for a while in water. Later we had a Meditation for one hour. I had a video call with Franz in Portugal. It’s nice sometimes to see a face in another country.
