Demanding respect will not bring respect. Respecting everything around you makes you respectable.
Time for Satsang. Just one more week before I go to Rishikesh. Satsang was relaxed and inspiring this morning. I have an appointment with Sarah, she is at Sunshine Guesthouse joining a Feldenkrais group. The Feldenkrais Method is a body-oriented form of treatment that can be used to fundamentally improve the quality of movements and postures. It was named after its founder, the scientist Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais (1904-1984). It was past 11:00 when I reached there. I was waiting a while, then I walked over to Kavin’s Cafe having a tea. When Sarah came we drove to Edwin’s for having lunch. She met him yesterday and she changed her mind having lunch there instead of Da Mantra Cafe.
Just a few people were there for lunch. It looked like rain again, there will be some more today. After lunch I went back to my apartment having a nap. Again when I woke up there was no electricity for a while. Again I tried to make a coffee, but the kettle wouldn’t start without electricity. The American guy who I borrowed my connector contacted me to give it back. We would meet later at the chai shop. When I met him he just had a flat tyre on his scooter. He could successfully remove the crypto-mining process on his laptop. It was triggered by a Google Chrome extension.
I spent some time in the Ashram meditating during the chanting of Vedas. Then I did some shopping, bananas and “Koflet”, drops against coughing. Today would be Pizza night at Sathya’s. I went there, met Max. An Italian guy, his name is Vincenzo. Somehow the pizza was a bit dry today.
