Between Sex and Samadhi, the bridge is Love.
The day started sunny. I went down for breakfast at 07:30. Since I am here Max and I are having our meals always together. For today is the plan to walk into the forest and visiting the Jagadol Park nearby. We left the Green Mandala Inn and walked along the dirty road. To the left is a way up right into the forest.

After a while, we had to leave the forest and return to another road and houses. We asked a Nepalese guy where the park was. But first, we went in the other direction. Walking along the road, on the left, we could look down towards Kathmandu. There was a nice Cafe with comfortable armchairs. We came in and had a chai. We sat and talked for a while before we continued walking. We turned back as we would reach the park in another direction.
We walked quite a while before we reached something called “National Martyr and Nizamani Park Memorial”, more or less, I translated the Nepalese language with Google Translate.

We continued walking towards the Jagadal Park, which should be just six minutes from here. Walking up the road, I saw the Gurkha Cafe where I had been some days before. We had made a round trip. The park was on top, next to the Cafe. But it was not what you would call a park. Just a piece of grass, and on the side, a lot of rubbish and plastic. So we were already back on the road towards the Green Mandala Inn.
It was time for lunch. I am eating more or less different dishes every day, trying this and that. Momo’s are popular in Nepal and Tibet.
Momos are a type of steamed filled dumpling in Tibetan and Nepali cuisine that is also popular in neighbouring Bhutan, Bangladesh, and India. The majority of Tibetan momos are half-moon in shape, like jiaozi, while Nepali momos are normally round like baozi. Momos are usually served with a sauce known as achar, influenced by the spices and herbs used within many South Asian cuisines. It can also be used in soup, as in jhol momo and mokthuk.
About the rest of the day is not much to report. A nap in the afternoon, dinner at 18:30. I still didn’t find the €150, could be stolen, could be lost, or they are still in one of my two backpacks.

I saw this next to the road. Looks like kind of a ritual
