The Self alone is the Reality; the world and the rest of it are not.
Today is Sunday, and Kirtan with Ammani. On the way to her house, Chengam Road was blocked by police. Just a few minutes, then the traffic continued. After one kilometer, there was again a police stoppage of the traffic. I had to change the roadside. There was a big event with hundreds or thousands of people. I don’t know what it was. There were red/black flags along the road. Ihad to switch sides again, then the road was free.
When I arrived, there were already many people, more than for Satsang. I found a space in the corner. The music and chanting were beautiful and relaxing for one hour. Then there was one hour of Satsang followed by questions and answers.
Straight from there, I was driving towards Edwin’s for lunch. Some of my friends were already there.
It was a relaxed Sunday afternoon with a nap and some reading. Later, I was in the Ashram, had a chai, and got some snacks, milk, and ketchup from the supermarket.
