Silence is the most potent form of work.

I woke up very early this morning. It must have been around 05:00. I made a coffee and started reading. Just reading the headlines of the news in the world is enough to get a rough idea of what’s going on. There is still the war between Russia and Ukraine, the trouble with Iran, and daily stories around Donald Trump.

After having a shower and some breakfast, I left for Satsang with Ammani. After Satsang, we had an eye connection for 10 seconds or more. I could feel her energy clearly, and I liked it. Ididn’t wear glasses, so I couldn’t see clearly, but that’s not the point.

On the way, I stopped at my tailor and asked him to shorten my new trousers. I would pick them up in the evening. I was home shortly before I walked over to Edwin’s. It’s Friday, and I signed in for lunch. There were just a few people today. One woman I haven’t seen before must be my age. After lunch, we left at the same time and talked while walking towards Perumbakkam Road. Her name is Sandra, and she is from New York.

I had a nap before I started for the Ashram. I met Max sitting on the stairs in front of the reading hall. I joined another reading, meetings between Bhagavan and devotees.

I had dinner with Max at Hotel Ananda Ramana. I tried a Rava onion Dosa, which was quite good. After dinner, I walked over to the ATM from the Indian Overseas Bank, just behind the chai shop. I was driving home then. Happy to rest in my apartment this evening.
