There is no separate person living life; there is only life living itself through us.
Sunday and Kirtan with Ammani. I love to start a day with this. I arrived quite late at 08:55. The rooftop was full already. I found a chair in the corner in the back. Good for me, not the view but the chair. There was someone playing the harmonium and someone playing the guitar. The Kirtan was soft as usual, the Mantras simple to repeat.
Back in my apartment, I prepared some fried eggs with veggies before I had a nap. My nap ended when the door bell rings. I was just a tthe edge of sleeping and waking. I opened the door, and Kalai, my landlord, was there. She invited me to come up for the meal of her daughter’s marriage. I dressed up and walkedup the stairs to the rooftop. Around 30 people were standing or sitting at tables where food was served. Once one seat was free, they asked me to sit and eat. I didn’t know they were non-vegetarian; there was fish and chicken with the Biryani, Raita, and eggs. Nobody was asking me if I would eat meat; they just served it. I haven’t eaten meat since Australia. I couldn’t eat much as I had my lunch just two hours before. They tried to serve me more food, but I had to decline without being impolite. It was quite fun talking with the teenagers and showing them photos of Hamburg and even some snow there.

Back in my apartment, I felt to drive to the Ashram. So I did and sat down there for a while. There was no reading today as it was Sunday. When I left the Ashram, I had a coconut drink and bought some Sandalwood incense.
I ordered Pizza for 18:00 at Wild Child the day before. I was there at 18:00 and asked them to prepare my Pizza for takeaway. I wasn’t hungry at all after all this food before. Teo was there, and Dani and Alex arrived. WE were sitting outside, but after a while, a table inside was available, and we sat down there. My Pizza had to wait. I put it in the fridge, would eat it the next day.
