To find yourself, think for yourself. ~Socrates~

Fortunately, it’s more or less quiet in the morning hours. The dogs usually bark for a while before midnight. Maybe they are communicating in their own way. Around 06:00, the Muezzin begins calling to prayer at the town’s mosque. I am ready for a coffee at this time. It’s enough time to read for a while, have a shower, and breakfast. Then I prepared for Satsang with Ammani.

A guy is playing one or two songs before Satsang on his guitar. 90 minutes are passing fast, just sitting in silence.

Today I thought about The Inner Child Restaurant. I stopped there for an orange juice. My nose was already better, stopped running. Some extra vitamins would be helpful. It got busy there; more and more people arrived, and it was around 11:15.

Back in my apartment, I prepared some food. It’s more or less the same, usually fried eggs with some veggies and cheese on bread. Then I was watching the series ‘Friends’ for a while, before I got tired and slept. I am sleeping usually between one and two hours these days. Good to have time for this.

I made an appointment with Dharma, and we would have dinner in the German Cafe later. First, I was in the Ashram, sitting around for a while. Then it was time for the reading at 16:30. Max was there as usual. After the reading, it was still one hour time before I would meet Dharma. I walked over with Max for a chai. Dharma would bring a French friend. It was Sophie, I gave her a lift from Ammani to the Ashram. We all four walked then towards the German Cafe for dinner. It’s a quiet place; there is not much road noise. We talked and ate for two hours before everyone went their separate ways.

Back home, it was time to rest and do my private stuff.
