I felt a bit sick again, it started in my throat, then my nose was running. It‘s not the first time here in Tiru. I decided to skip Satsang and just rested home for a while.
When I felt a bit better, I drove to the Ashram and sat quiet down in Meditation.
I can clearly feel that this will be the last days here for me in this season. I had a coconut to drink and bought some Samosa and ice cream. With Florence I had a drink in Shanti Cafe. In the pharmacy I was buying Vitamin-C and Paracetamol. I found Cardamom in Ramana’s market. I hoped I would be fit for Saturday‘s travel.
The evening I spent with Florence in Da Mantra, we have a lot in common and good talks.
