Road trip – 100 km – Toora
The night was quite cold. It went down to only nine degrees. Especially before sunrise, I could feel it. Once the sun was out, it felt much warmer. In this campground were some chickens, I think they should not be there shitting everywhere.

We left in the morning for Venus Bay. Here it has 5 beaches, they are named Beach 1, Beach 2…
Beach 1 was the one for surfing. We first drove into town, having a coffee and some snacks. Then we headed towards Beach 3. The beaches have a length of 26 km here. We walked along the beach for around one hour. There was heavy wind.

There was not much to do in Venus Bay. So we kept on driving along the coast. Again, we had no plan for where to stay the night. We stopped in Foster, walked into the Information Center. The lady gave us heaps of information about the area and where we could go. I looked for the Caravan Park in Foster, but it had bad reviews. The lady mentioned that as well. The next options would be in Toora or Welshpool. We stopped in Toora and got a good pace for our tent. There is a shelter where we put out our tent, in case there is more rain.
In Toora Tourist Park is a heated pool and a whirlpool. This was very good to relax after all the wind today.
