The shradda (attention) you put on something is the value you give for it.
After having a shower and reading for a while, I started towards the Ashram. Today is Sunday, so there are more Indian tourists in the Ashram than on other days. I was sitting in the Samadi Hall and walking around the shrine a few times before they closed to start the chanting. Next to Samadhi Hall were seven Indian ladies singing. It was a good start for the day. I met Sarah in the chai shop, haven’t seen her for a few days. We drank our chai and then I gave her a lift on my scooter. There is no Satsang today, but Kirtan is at Sunshine Guesthouse, the last time this season with Upaha. One lady was playing violin again. It was deep and touching as usual.
I left with Sarah to have some lunch at Cecilia’s. There is always Thali with rice, some fruits, and six different veggies and dal. We sat quite a long time, eating and talking, must have been for two hours. When we left, I stopped at Sarala’s to catch up on my laundry. Sarah was walking then to her apartment nearby.
Back home I watched another episode of “Cassandra”. Cassandra was an AI from 1975. They transferred the consciousness from a dying woman into a computer. So part of the movie played in 1975, the other story was in 2025, when they activated the computer again. Thrilling fictional story. Then I was sleeping for a while.
Back to the awakened state I got hungry again. Near the Ashram I was buying some grapes and oranges. Then I went to the German Cafe and had some Pasta Arrabiata. That’s all for today. I am completely relaxed, no sensations, just feeling fulfilled.
