Still sick from coughing, I bought Swasa Kalpa Syrup from the Ayurvedic shop this morning. A traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulation primarily used to manage respiratory health. It is most commonly used for conditions like asthma, bronchitis, and chronic cough. In Sanskrit, Swasa refers to breathing or asthma, and Kalpa refers to a formulation or treatment process. At the supermarket, I bought some matches for my incense sticks. I was messaging with Sarah and met her at Da Mantra Cafe. We had coffee or chai there. Matt joined us for a talk. Sarah was moving into her new room near the Cafe in the meantime.
We were then diving to Ramesh’s Garden for lunch. There is also a second-hand shop. The project supports underprivileged children. They have a small vegetable garden, and people can play music there.
Back from Ramesh’s Garden, I dropped Sarah at the corner of Perumbakkam Road. I needed petrol. The display was already blinking. I just put petrol in for 200 Rupees. On Sunday, I would give the scooter back to Saranya.
In the afternoon, I helped Gopika with booking a bus ticket from Bangalore (Bengaluru) to Gokarna in Karnataka. She already had a ticket from Tiru to Bangalore.

Late afternoon, I tried to have a nap, but I couldn’t fall asleep. My chest was rattling when I lay down. I tried to sleep while sitting. In the evening, I heard Gopika at the door. I opened the door. She touched my forehead and said I have a fever. I didn’t feel well, she made an eucalyptus inhalation for me and some honey-lemon-ginger tea. Later, I walked up into my room and fell asleep.
