Those who enjoy the present will have a wonderful past in the future.

Another day just to relax. After walking a lot yesterday, I feel like spending the day more quietly. I left for breakfast late morning, I intended to go to the place where I had been with Max before. Before I stopped at a place for a laundry service. I needed to wash some pants and shirts. It will be ready in the evening. I know where the cafe was, somewhere on the main road after 30 30-minute walk. But I forgot the name of the Cafe. Then I saw a German Cafe, you can find German Cafes worldwide. And they had cinnamon rolls and chocolate croissants. I stopped there for that and a black coffee.

Walking slowly back, I thought about what I could to the next two days. They will be the last days in Pokhara, before I fly back to Kathmandu in the Green Mandala Inn. I already have this ticket, but I need another one from Kathmandu to Delhi and then to Lisbon. The tickets are quite expensive this time. They are cheaper when you accept a flight via Georgia and Poland before reaching Lisbon, it can take up to 30 hours. It will need some research and a decision.

I was reading and writing this morning. Then I watched a documentary about tariffs and economic wars throughout the centuries. There is a lot of trouble worldwide these days. I fell asleep for a while.

In the afternoon, I walked to a juice bar nearby and sat outside for a while on a bench, the river behind me. I was in a different mood this day, didn’t feel like doing anything. It is good to accept this; in fact, there is nothing to do. If I take action, I don’t expect anything. I still have to accept that somebody somewhere had stolen €150 from my money belt. Or maybe I stored the money in one of my backpacks, but I don’t remember if I separated €150 or not. It is not that it ruins me, but it has a bad aftertaste. I have to fully accept this. If you believe the rules of karmic transformation are true, then I deserve it, for this or that.

I just left one more time for dinner. This evening I tried the Marvadi Restaurant, an Indian Vegetarian restaurant. I ordered some Jeera rice and Dal Makhani, but it wasn’t very tasty. Food in India is so much better than in Nepal.

The mind is that which thinksfeelsperceivesimaginesremembers, and wills, including both conscious and unconscious processes. Its exact nature is debated, like whether mental phenomena are internal activities of transforming information or dispositions to engage in observable behavior. The mind–body problem is the challenge of explaining the relation between matter and mind. According to physicalism, minds are not independent entities but certain aspects of material objects. The evolutionary history of the mind is tied to the development of brains, but it is controversial at which point minds emerged and which non-human animals possess minds. Similar theoretical challenges concern the possibility of artificial minds powered by computers. The main fields studying the mind include psychologyneurosciencecognitive science, and the philosophy of mind. Their methods range from empirical observation and neuroimaging to conceptual analysis and thought experiments.
