Tuesday morning’s satsang was silent and peaceful throughout.
First, I thought not to join Satsang today, but I changed my mind. I had breakfast and a shower. I am still coughing sometimes, and an infection in my chest persists. I left for Satsang at 08:30, just in time to reach the Ashram and get a seat. I managed not to cough again during Satsang.
I ordered half a bread from Wild Child this morning. After Satsang, I picked it up there. I asked him to slice the bread as I don’t have a proper bread knife. At the supermarket, I bought some food, nuts, cheese, and an onion.
Sarah was texting me. I picked her up at the pharmacy where she was buying some Paracetamol. She was just back from her dentist session. We thought of having lunch at Garuda’s. At Garuda’s, it is always busy after 12:00, but we still found a seat. The food was delicious as usual, and I had a butterscotch ice cream, then we ordered chai.
Back home, I tried a link Sarah sent me before. It is for UPI payment in India. The app’s name is Mony, and it’s used to make payments by scanning a barcode at shops, restaurants, and other locations. They usually charge a 3,5% fee when recharging the wallet. But a new customer gets a 500-rupee bonus, so the facilitator. I want to give it a try.
Later, after a nap, I was at the Ashram and had a chai at my favourite shop. I paid the first time with the Mony app, just a chai for 20 rupees. It is simple, you scan the shop’s QR code and enter the amount in the app. Done!
At home I was eating some bread, it was enough for today. I lost weight since Australia as I am not eating chocolate, buscuits or other sweets every evening. Just spiced peanuts or similar snacks without sugar. It feels good getting slowly slimmer again.
