I spent this morning at home. Gopika felt still sick and asked me to get her some bananas and activated charcoal. She must have eaten something wrong; it’s easy to come in contact with these kinds of bacteria in India. Later in the morning, I left and bought some sourdough bread at Ramana supermarket. I got bananas on the road, the small ones for 80 Rupees/kg—activated charcoal I could buy in the Ayurvedic shop.

I drove to Gopika’s apartment; the new house next to it was full of construction, and it was quite noisy. I gave her the bananas and charcoal, and we had a chat for a while.

I have been to the Ashram for Meditation; otherwise, I spent the day at home. I didn’t feel like eating outside; I had some food at home: bread, butter, cheese, eggs, and some veggies to prepare a salad. It was a relaxed day, reading, writing, and watching movies or documentaries.

Every day is a bit different; there are so many options to participate in activities or events. I mainly enjoy Satsang, Kirtan, and the Ashram. In one of the next days, I will walk up Arunachala, visiting the Skanda Ashram and the cave for Meditation again.
