Today I will join Satsang with Ganga Maa. I walked down to Gopika to have a shower. I thought she would be in the Ashram already, but she was home. And she looked very sick. She didn’t feel well and was coughing. She asked me to bring her some things later, honey, ginger, lemons, etc. I got a list of what to buy. I would do the shopping after Satsang.

Satsang was beautiful. I was more awake this morning, less sleepy than two days ago. I still have a little jetlag. There were quite a few time changes over the last months, travelling through Australia and now in India. I remember Amma saying, “If you are in your Self, you don’t need anything. If not, you can do anything.” I like that quote.

Most things I could buy in Ramana Supermarket. Lemons, ginger and garlic I would get in any small shop. Then I picked up some medicine at Sathya’s Cafe. Somebody has dropped it there for Gopika.

Back home, I gave all the things to Gopika and worked on my laptop for a while. For lunch, I drove to Garadu Restaurant, where you always get a delicious Thali. Many veggies she is growing herself in her garden. In this Restaurant, there is no choice of what to eat. Everybody gets the same. I was driving to the scooter Service Centre near the Petrol station. They asked me to come back at 17:00 as there is lunch time now. Back home, I had a nap. Before 17:00, I drove again to the Service Centre. One employee asked me to come in. It just took 10 minutes, and they didn’t even ask for money. This was a really good service.

The Service Centre

Jonatan, my Danish friend, was texting me. We arranged a meeting for dinner at 18:30 in Sarala’s Cafe. First, I went into the Ashram, where there would be singing and fire lighting at 18:00 on Arunachala. I was sitting there and enjoyed the energy. Before 18:30, I drove to Sarala’s Restaurant. Jonatan came 15 minutes late, but no worries. He came with a French friend, whose name was Rachel. Later Kirsten from Denmark and Pete from Scotland joined us. It was a good meal and nice to meet these people again.

The last task was to get some Koflet drops for Gopika’s throat. I got some for myself as well.
