True Knowledge
To know ‘who I am’ is to know God and to know God is to know ‘who I am’.
I felt better this morning. I’m still a bit weak, my stomach has to recover fully. First I thought it was the Yoghurt I was eating yesterday. I looked at the cup, the date was October. Later Kabir told me that he made the Yoghurt himself from boiled raw milk, only using the old cups. I mean the Yoghurt would have been moldy if from October. Shivaji, Kabir’s employee, came and he said the post office would have been open on the 24th. So I took a ride to Mapusa. First I needed two copies of my passport. I found a Copy Center near the post office. They made me three copies of my passport and three copies of my Visa, just to be sure, I don’t know when I will need them. Then I went to the post office. The man behind the counter asked me if it was only one peace and where I wanted to send it. I mentioned that the woman outside still has to do the packing. He said that is not necessary, I could go to the other side of the road and buy a big green envelope. So I did. Back at the post office, I had to write down the sender and recipient on the envelope. I got all the customs forms and passport copies, so the job was done.
Kabir met his daughter again. Kerry and Yunus went out to the beach. For lunch, I just started to drive in the direction of Anjuna Beach. Coming closer there were many shops and Restaurants. I decided to have a Thali. On the other side of the road was just a hairdresser. Believe it or not, I got a haircut there, even with a little head and neck massage for 120 Rupees (€1,35). My hair is pretty short now. He was fast, it just took ten minutes or so.

Kabir said I am looking five years younger now. It feels quite comfortable with short hair again. Not much happened that day, I was just recovering from my stomach issues and relaxing.
In the evening Kabir and I had a one-hour Meditation again.
