Let come what comes, let go what goes. See what remains.
Today, I will join this event with Patrick Connor in the Village of Light. Some people like him, some don’t. I haven’t been in this place before, so I had to look at Google Maps to find it. It was just where you turn right to Ammani, next to Sparsa. Sparsa is a three-star hotel with a pool. I parked my scooter and went to it. I was asked to leave my name at the counter outside, just for the numbers. It is a nice garden with huge tents, nicely arranged.

I had to enter in one big tent, the setup was very well done.

There was space for more than 200 people, arranged with meditation chairs and more chairs in the back.
Patrick Connor showed up at 11:10 and checked his mic. He sat down on a chair; next to him was an Indian man. He introduced him as the president of an Indian spiritual university, which keeps the flame of India’s spirituality alive. Both honoured each other for their work. Then Patrick sat down on his couch, and we were sitting in silence for a while. This was the best part of the event. Then Patrick started with an old Sutra in the Tamil language, and he did it quite well. He continued talking about… and here it started getting weird, I couldn’t follow the context of what he was saying. It was like an AI video on Facebook about spirituality, just mixing a lot of words, like consciousness, feelings, vastness, energy, light, and so on… He asked somebody who had a question or wanted to talk about their experiences. There was a lady who got he micand started talking about her feelings and suppressions of them in her childhood. She was honouring Patrick for his help. There was a conversation between the two, but again, I couldn’t properly follow the content. It looked somewhat arranged to me. Another woman got the mic, and it was the same. I got very bored listening to this. At 12:30, there was a 10-minute break before the Bath of Light should happen, as Patrick mentioned. I took the opportunity and left. I later heard that the Bath of Light is a sound background with Crystal Bowls. I haven’t heard this from Patrick himself, but others said he thinks all energy transmissions will only happen through him. That’s kind of what the pope is saying as well.
I drove back home and bought some bananas on the way. I had some food in my apartment before I fell asleep. I texted Alex and Dani to meet for dinner. We would meet in Arunagiri Cafe at 19:00. In the afternoon, I bought some snacks and spent time in the Ashram. It is always good to use some mosquito repellent before entering the Ashram around sunset, as there are many. As many as there are human victims. I had a chai and then headed towards Arunagiri Cafe. Alex and Dani were there. A friend of theirs, Theo, arrived. We shared some food and had a good evening.
