The day started smoothly in my apartment, and I had some breakfast. SometimesI am eating just fruits, bananas or oranges, sometimes yoghurt with fruit or bread with cheese. I left for Satsang with Ammani.

The Satsang was deep, 90 minutes doesn’t feel long. After Satsang, I drove back home to read and write. Since my son has a birthday, I sent him a message. In Hamburg, it is still pretty cold, and there is snow. I got hungry and rode my scooter away. I didn’t feel like walking as my legs were still sore from the hike yesterday. I stopped at Wild Child, it was pretty busy, and I felt like being with myself. I left the place and met Teo on the road. He came along with his laptop; there was no electricity in his house. There was no electricity in my house as well, so Wild Child wouldn’t have power. The power outage lasted four hours. I drove the few meters to Sathya’s Cafe, where I had a Thali, just sitting by myself.

Back in my apartment, I had a nap as I mostly do around this time. In the afternoon, I had a chai opposite the Ashram. I was sitting there with my chai when an Indian guy asked me for a chai. I ignored him first as I had the chai in one hand and my phone in the other. He continued to ask me, and I gave him 10 Rupees for a chai. I met him before, even in the last season, when he asked me for 500 Rupees for rice. This year, he mentioned that he has an ‘eating problem’. Looking at his big belly, I can confirm this.

I spent some time in the Ashram sitting in Samadhi Hall. Max was sitting on a chair just in front of me. Before 16:30, he left, and I thought he might go for the Reading in English. There is a daily Reading at 16:00 in Tamil and 16:30 in English. It’s about Advaita Veda and Sri Ramana’s talks with devotees. I joined this today in English, the first time.

After the Reading Iwas chatting with Max for a while before he went home, and I had an appointment with my dentist. The new dental bridge arrived, and he would insert it. It didn’t last long, it fitted well, and he connected it with some special cement, so it would be firm. I was asked not eat for the next two hours. Then I could eat, still only with the left side, and tomorrow afternoon I could eat normally on both sides. I was happy that it worked well in the end; it feels comfortable in my mouth. Back home, I was watching a movie, and later I could eat something.
