Another beautiful start to the day with Satsang. After Satsang, I drove towards Ramana Supermarket to buy some bread. They were all fresh from this morning. I bought some more body lotion for my dry skin and Jaggery to bring to Portugal. Then I walked into the Ayurvedic shop and bought 20 Koflets for my throat. The last stop was at the corner of Perumbakkam Road to buy some ginger and tomatoes.

Today was lunch time with Gopika. We wanted to meet at Da Mantra Garden Cafe. It’s just one minute to walk from my apartment. Tuesday is closed, I forgot. Gopika just came along the road. Then we walked back towards the Garuda Restaurant. On the way, Pete showed up, and we walked together. Having a good lunch is always a pleasure here. When we left, we felt like having a coffee and walked over to Kavin’s Cafe. We sat there for a while and chatted before we walked back. Gopika was without her scooter, at the corner of my apartment, where we separated.

It was time to have a nap. Later, I left for the reading in the Ashram. I am starting to love it, listening to 30 minutes of questions and answers from a devotee and Bhagavan. I spent some more time meditating and watching people in the Ashram. Then I left with Max towards the Amrutham Restaurant. It was unusually busy there today, with many foreigners. Usually, there are mostly Indians for dinner. It might be because of the Bhakti Retreat from 02.02.2026 to 08.02.2026. Anyway, the food was amazing as usual.
