True Knowledge
Jnanam (knowledge about the Self) is not for debating knowledge but for experiential knowledge.
Kerry, Felix, and Rohid are still in Pune, they will be back later today. So just Kabir and I are here. We had a morning Meditation and then I was reading and working on some stuff with my laptop. Kabir left for some shopping. He had his first day in the Gym today and wants to train his muscles. I left early afternoon, but Kabir was not back yet. It’s a good day for Candolim Beach I thought. So I headed in this direction. On the way, I stopped in Nagva to have some lunch. I ordered a Thali in a small Restaurant. For a simple Thali, you just pay 80 Rupees (90 cents). Some roads towards Candolim are quite wide, so I could drive faster. Usually, my speed is between 30 and 40 km/hour, in India is such traffic that you can’t drive faster except on bigger roads or highways.
I found the way to the beach better than last time. I parked my scooter close to Dmellos and walked the rest. First I had a banana milkshake in the Restaurant. Sitting is outside with a view on the ocean. After a while, I moved to lie down on a deckchair. They are quite comfortable with a mattress and the ones on the back have a roof for sun protection. Other deckchairs have a parasol.

So I spent some time relaxing and reading here. Later on the way back I stopped at a supermarket and got some snacks, chips, and nuts, for later. I used to eat quite a lot of chocolate and sweets in the evening, I am trying to stop this, just for the sugar.

When I came home I saw that Kerry’s bike was gone, so they must have been back. I had some dinner, just bread with cheese and tomatoes. Then we had a Meditation. Kerry borrowed my scooter. They went somewhere in town to have a game with the village children, not sure what they were playing.
