The Self
We cannot think about Bhagavan (Self) because He is not an object to be thought about. All other things can come under a thought. He is the very existence in us. Anything and everything else can be a thought, feeling, experience or enjoyment, which have no separate existence apart from Him.
After our morning Meditation and breakfast, I worked on our new app. There are many things to consider when creating an app. The design should be appealing, easy to use, and fun for the user. In addition, the internal functions that are not visible to the user must run securely and stably. Just to mention the data security on the servers where the user’s data is stored, there is much more that needs to be taken into account.

The morning was passing being creative in this way. I skipped lunch today and only had some muesli in the afternoon. Later I left with Kabir to Vagator, the last beach before Chapora, called Dream Beach. From this beach, you can see the old ruins of the Chapora Fort on the hill.

Kabir sat down on the beach and I was walking a bit along the rocks. Behind these rocks will be Chapora. Then I joined Kabir and we had a conversation for a while. Later we went back to his bike and stopped at a small food stand to have some Pani Puri. Small fried bread with spiced water in it, very delicious. You eat around seven of them.

Then we stopped at a little Restaurant. You wouldn’t recognize this location as there are many other Restaurants and shops on this busy Vagator Road. Kabir knows the Indian couple, everything is freshly cooked and very delicious. There were some small green chilis in one dish, Kabir got a hiccup and my eyes were tearing. We had to separate them from the other veggies. We asked for water and curd (yogurt) to relax our tongues. Anyway, the food was amazing, lemon rice, filled parathas, pickles, and some other veggie mix. Paratha is an unleavened flatbread, filled with spinach or other veggies.
Back home we had our evening Meditation with some Tibetan music in the background. Dungchen is a common blowing instrument in Tibet and looks a bit like a Swiss alpinhorn.

According to tradition, AUM is the sound from which the universe was created. The vibration of the syllable started the act of creation. Many of the ancient Indian seers and saints equated Brahman, the soul of the world, with the syllable Aum.
