If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment. ~Marcus Aurelius~
This morning I went again to Satsang with Ammani. I was just on Perumbakkam Road when an Indian guy was hitchhiking. I asked him to sit down. His name was Lokesh, and he was living nearby. He asked if I go to the Ashram. I said that I will go in the other direction for Satsang. He was interested in joining me, happy that Shiva showed him the way through me. So we arrived at Ammani’s house and joined Satsang. It might have been his first Satsang in his life; he was very impressed by Ammani’s presence.
We were driving back to have a chai opposite the Ashram. Then he wanted to show me the small temple near Ramana Ashram. There is also a library he mentioned. I said that I have the code to open the lock. So we entered the small library, and he could borrow some books.

Behind the library is a little lake, and some Sadhus hang around here.
We had a Dosa near the Ashram, in a small street stand. I have been here before already, with Sarah, Alex, and Dani. It is quite good and just around 60 Rupees for a Dosa.
It was time for a nap. I dropped Lokesh off at Perumbakam Road and went home. In the afternoon, I went to the Ashram, walking around Bhagavan’s shrine and listening to the reading. I met Max and Karuna while sitting outside in the Meditation place. I walked with Max to the German Cafe for dinner. He had Al Arabiata while I had a pizza. Later I did some shopping, just a few things as usual.
Enough for today!
