The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. ~Lao Tzu~

My day started with Satsang in Ammani’s house. Karuna was also joining Satsang. We met outside and talked for a moment. I thought about having a coffee at Nandhini’s. Karuna and his friend seemed to have the same idea. As we arrived there, Nandhini’s was closed again. I was just driving home to write and rest. At lunch time, I walked over to Sarala’s Cafe. I had some laundry with me. Her daughter, whose name I always forget, said I would get it back on Saturday evening. Then I walked over to Sathya’s Cafe and had a Thali. Before walking back home, I bought an ice cream in the small shop opposite and was eating it on the way.

In my apartment, I was reading and writing, talked to my landlords about the missing C-Form and Visa extension. I hope Parameshwari will confirm it today. In fact, the police office has to confirm it. After a while, I had a nap, hoping Lokesh would not disturb me again by ringing the doorbell. He did not!

I left for the Ashram, then sat in the Shrine Hall and Samadhi Hall for a while. I got a message from Parameshwari. She said I could go to Shakti Travel. By the way, Shakti Travel changed its name to Arunagiri Bookings & Travels. So I skipped the reading, got on my scooter, and headed to Shanti Travel. Tiago was sitting there and checked the account from Shiva Mantra Residency. It was still not confirmed by the second police office. Tiago talked to Parameshwari then and created an account for her private house. This is easier, because it is an individual house and not commercial. Tiago could complete the C-Form and then proceed with the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office). Because I tried two days ago to create an account, but didn’t get the OTP via email, I had to use my Apple email address. In the end, the registration was succesful and Tiago completed the application. I paid 850 Rupees for the service, happy that this was done. I should get a 30 days Visa extension. It has to be confirmed by the Government via email. On the way back to the Ashram, I bought some Laddus from the small shop at the corner.

I met Max in the Ashram, and we decided to have dinner in The Dreaming Tree Restaurant.
